Make A True Change

American Flag Journey always appreciates the generosity and involvement of people like you, with every contribution going towards building our scholarship, civilian transition, and Gold Star Family programs stronger. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, We strive each year to raise over $10,000 so we can award our AFJ Scholarship to a veteran or current service member.  We also actively support the Badger Boys State program by sponsoring three high school juniors to attend each summer.  Without this sponsorship, they would miss out on a life changing experience.

Here is a simple breakdown of how your donation makes a difference, appropriated by priority:

Priority 1

Annual AFJ Scholarship

Civilian Transition Financial Assistance (Emergency)

Gold Star Family Support

Priority 2

Badger Boys State Sponsorship

Civilian Transition Financial Assistance (nonEmergency)

 Priority 3

Flag Shipping Costs

We cannot do this alone and work 100% off of donations we receive from our community.  You have the option to donate the cost of shipping when you submit a flag flying request, this helps us offset the shipping costs and allocate that money to a veteran or service member in need.  We want to provide you with the correct and appropriate information pertaining to your mode of support, so don’t hesitate to contact us with your questions.

Any contribution is tax deductible!  If you make a donation over $250, please provide your email address when you make your donation and we will provide you with a signed donation receipt memo for your filing purposes.
